Step One: Consultation with Client
The first meeting is a simple walk through with you of the property to conduct a site analysis and listen to your ideas and dreams of how you would like your garden to look and feel. This way I can give you a bid for how much the design will cost. If you want to move forward with the project, I ask for a $75 down payment and a signed copy of a contract, one for each of us to keep on file. I like to do the survey measurements of the property that day if possible so that I can immediately begin designing your garden!
Step Two: Master Plan
The second meeting is to discuss the Master Plan for your garden. The final payment will be due at this time. The Master Plan will include the following:
1) Drafted Planting Plan (all to scale)
2) Plant List with care instructions
3) Recommendations for Sourcing Plants
